The general operating conditions of the online store www.ziggotty.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. The online store is managed by ZION GROUP d.o.o., Ribiški trg 2,6000 Koper, (hereinafter the "provider"). Company registration number: 6810489000, the company is a taxable person, VAT ID: SI51604035. The general business conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer, business conditions, personal data protection and legal notices.

The provider undertakes to always have available to the user: information about the identity of the provider (mainly the company and the registered office of the company and the registration number where the company is registered);

The use of the online store www.ziggotty.com is free. User registration is required to place an order. Upon registration in the system of the online store www.ziggotty.com, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as his e-mail address, and a password. The user's username and password are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The registration process is simple and is carried out by clicking on the Sign up sign (top right) and following the instructions:

  • enter your e-mail address and press the "Register" button;
  • fill in the fields in the boxes and press the "Registration" button;
  • with each subsequent login, you will receive your data by e-mail (you can also change your password at any time);
  • when you are logged into the online store, your name is displayed on the top right.

If you already have a password, you can log in and start shopping right away. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgotten password option in the lower left corner of the "Are you already registered?" Method of payment

The provider offers the following payment methods: Cash on delivery (cash payment upon receipt of goods by mail). With this package payment method, you also receive an invoice with a money order, which you pay to the postal employee. Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice - TRR). If you decide to pay by advance invoice, you will receive the invoice by e-mail (it is not generated automatically, but we send it to you with a delay). Once it is fully settled, you will receive the ordered goods. If the invoice is only partially paid, the order will not be executed.

Times and deliveries

The online store www.ziggotty.com accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders will be fulfilled within three working days. In the event that the product is no longer in stock at the time of the order, the delivery deadline will be extended in accordance with the delivery of the goods by the manufacturer. Delivery by mail: partners for delivery of parcels are DPD, GLS and Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable him to complete the order more efficiently.

Prices and delivery costs

All product prices in the online store are listed in euros (€) and already include 22% VAT (value added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the order/contract, he bears all direct shipping costs in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Article 6, Article 43). In the event that the customer orders products in the online store and then refuses or he does not accept the shipment, he bears the cost of postage in both directions. The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium with itemized costs and instructions for canceling the purchase and returning the products, if necessary and possible.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that the goods are properly prepared for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable safe packaging). Any return costs are covered by the buyer. We do not accept ransom payments. Upon return, the buyer can request a refund of the purchase price, which the seller will return to his transaction account no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Return of damaged shipments

In the event that the package is physically damaged, without contents or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the courier.

Non-acceptance of products

The buyer is obliged to collect the ordered items within 8 days of receiving the electronic notification about the completed order, SMS confirmation about the completed order or confirmation by e-mail. If the buyer does not pick up the ordered items, he will send them cash on delivery. in any case and are returned to the company's address after the waiting period at the post office (14 days), this is NOT considered a withdrawal from the contract, since the latter is still validly concluded and it is a unilateral unannounced withdrawal from the contract by the buyer.
